- 50 g butter
- olive oil
- 350 g button mushrooms, sliced
- 100 g walnuts, crushed
- salt
directions
- Heat butter and a little olive oil in frying pan.
- Add mushrooms and saute until softened and lightly coloured.
- Transfer to food processor add walnuts and blend until smooth.
- Season with salt to taste.
