ingredients
- 1 cup farina (cream of wheat)
- 1⁄2 cup wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup sugar, in the raw
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
directions
- preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl, and mix until well blended.
- now combine wet ingredients to dry mixture and mix until moistened.
- spray muffin pan with non-stick spray.
- spoon batter in pan then fill 2/3 full.
- bake 15 to 20 min, or until golden brown, or insert toothpick and it comes out clean.
