ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup muesli
- 1⁄2 cup nuts
directions
- Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and set aside;.
- In a second bowl sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon add muesli and nuts mix well.
- Combine all ingredients together and mix well
- Pour into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- bake 325 F 45 minute.
- turn out on wire rack to cool.
