DIRECTIONS

  • Grind vegetables or pulse in food processor (Mrs. Adams ground hers, I just chop mine fine).
  • Drain vegetables.
  • Mix salt, spices, sugar and vinegar and heat through.
  • Pour over vegetables and add lemon juice.
  • Can as you normally would.
