  • boil pasta till al dente and set aside
  • brown ground beef and sliced chicken thighs in vegetable oil along with chopped onion, mushrooms, garlic and lemon rind.
  • Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, paprika, sugar tomato paste and tomato sauce, and water.
  • simmer 1 hour. Add cooked mostocholi and parmesan cheese. serve.
  • This is great left over.
