ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces alfredo sauce
- 6 ounces red peppers
- 6 ounces red onions
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cajun spices
- 1⁄2 ounce Worcestershire sauce
- 16 ounces spinach
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 ounce hot sauce
directions
- mix all ingredients together in an oven safe dish and bake for 10 min at 350 to melt the cheeses and heat through.

Very good dip but NOT at all like Montana's dip. Seems similar to the Lone Star restaurant's dip but I haven't had that in over a year so I can't be sure. There are no Cajun spices in Montana's dip and no cheddar. At least, not in Canada. Still a good dip though. Just a little kick to it but you could easily add more hot sauce or experiment with varieties.
