- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 4 tablespoons instant espresso
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and whisk in 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute, stirring often.
- Remove from heat and stir in 2 tablespoons vanilla extract. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
- Mocha Latte Beverage: Spoon 1 tablespoon Mocha Latte Syrup into a coffee cup; stir in 3/4 cup hot milk. Makes 1 serving.

This is a great, easy syrup to keep on hand! I skipped the espresso powder because I can never seem to find any. But I stirred this syrup into my mug of coffee and added some half-and-half and it worked GREAT!!! I really liked that I knew exactly what went into this syrup. I will be keeping this in my fridge from now on!
