This is great tasting and has a nice texture! Went great with my mid-morning coffee! I had it plain. Didn't need butter or jam. I will try it toasted for breakfast. I am also taking a suggestion of the previous reviewer, and using it in a bread pudding recipe. Will report back on results. UPDATE: Used the leftovers to make Recipe #238420, and it worked great!

I am a very lucky lady. I recently moved to a very small town in New Brunswick, Canada with my wonderful husband who is my best friend.
Very fortunate to have a cherished son, wonderful daughter in law and adorable granddaughter and cute wee grandson. We are very blessed.
A big thank you to everyone that has made my recipes... hope you enjoyed them.
