4 mugs
ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
directions
- Place all ingredients in a jar with a screw-top lid.
- Shake well to combine.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons to 6 ounces of coffee. Enjoy!

well as if I don't drink enough coffee now I am guzzling down even more with this added mix, I only made half a recipe since it was my first time, I'm sorry that I didn't make the full amount, this is just way too good, I plan on making this to give as gifts over the holidays as well as use myself, thanks for this great mix hon!...Kitten

Delicious. I made the full amount and it makes LOTS! I'll be in mocha for quite awhile (I can think of far worse things!). Super easy, just mix it and add as much as you would like to your coffee. The only thing I changed was to replace the orange extract with dried orange bits and Splenda for the sugar.

I made this as agift and forgot to save a bit to try myself. My batch included Splenda in lieu of the powdered sugar (used about 3/4 cupsince it's a bit sweeter) and a reduced fat non-dairy creamer. To get the orange extract mixed in I first sprinkled it across the the top and kept raking the mix using a fork. The smell of the blend was just great. Thanks Lauralie.
