I live in AZ, as much as I love coffee sometimes it's just to hot out for a normal cup of Joe. I found this recipe and I love it. I'm lactose intolerant so using powdered non-dairy creamer is a must for me. I've used chocolate extract (my favorite) also added some peppermint oil around the holidays. Used almond extract and of course vanilla. I'm so happy I stumbled upon this recipe. Thank you so very much! ??????

Great recipe! I hate powdered coffee creamer and this was a nice alternative. It's one of those recipes you play around with. Next I'll try an almond/vanilla extract combo with some stevia. I like the other reviewer's suggestion of using coffee instead of water to avoid diluting my morning caffeine. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
