Good Morning- I just made International Foods Copycat version for Chocolate Truffle Mint Coffee Creamer, using your basic recipe. Same amount of sweetened condensed milk, and 2% milk. I used 3 T. of Hersheys Cocoa-unsweetened, and 1 t. pure peppermint extract. This is about as close as it gets! I did have to sweeten my Fiance's cup with 1 t. sugar, but that's his addiction. This came out FANTASTIC! I also made your version for the chocolate almond using 2 T. of the cocoa-excellent as well! Thank You so much for posting this recipe! Di

Tried this recipe because I ran out of creamer the day before and didn't remember to pick any up. I used evaporated milk and steamed that a little in the pot. I then added 4x the vanilla, a few handfuls of brown sugar, probably a half cup or so of confectioners sugar, watered down 2% milk to about 1/1, and a giant scoop of whipped cream. Mixed it all up and decided to stick with the premade. I'll remember to grab the creamer in a squirt bottle so I can keep it on the shelf. Thanks for the recipe!
