- 1⁄3 cup natural bran (chokker)
- 1⁄3 cup black gram flour (Kale channe ka atta)
- 1⁄3 cup whole wheat flour
directions
- combine the 3 flours and knead with just enough water into dough.
- place each roti on hot tawa and cook both sides till done.
