  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until fluffy. Mix in flour, baking soda & salt. Stir in chips.
  • Drop heaping tsp in ungreased pan about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.

  1. These are very delicious, but spread out quite thin while cooking. The kids didn't care that they looked funny (chips melted holes into cookies & they all ran together). They ate them all up within 24 hrs. Next time I'll try using 1/2 shortening and 1/2 butter.
