DIRECTIONS

  • In a clean coffee grinder, grind millet until coarsely ground.
  • Melt coconut oil in small pot over medium heat.
  • Add millet and stir gently for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add liquids, stirring until smooth while bringing to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and cover (leave cover askew if using milk substitute).
  • Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
