Meyer Lemonade

- 1⁄2 cup meyer lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 3 cups water
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
directions
- Heat one cup of water with sugar and heat until sugar is disolved. Put aside to cool. Then add juice and two cups of cold water. Refrigerate.

- This worked great for me... I have a Meyer's Lemon tree that I've had so many lemons I've had to freeze in ice cube trays. Hubby liked it in his vodka drink. For my taste, I had to add more sugar. Thanks for a recipe to use up my lemons!!
