- Ready In:
- slice the cucumber very thinly and sprinkle with salt, let stand for an hour.
- combine all other ingredients in a bowl, stir, chill.
- add cucumbers, cover and marinate in fridge over night.
- store uneaten cucumbers covered in brine in fridge.

I have a recipe for marinated cucumbers but you have to drain and serve the same day. This recipe is fantastic!! I simply followed the instructions but before adding the marinade I put in thinly sliced red (or white) onion, fresh dill and very thinly sliced, on an angle, celery. This recipe allows you to have marinated cucumbers for 2 to 3 days depending on family size. Plenty of liquid so feel free to use two cucumbers. The best was the days of snacking from the bowl everytime I went to the fridge. Soooooo good!!!
