ingredients
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 large peach, sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 4 mint leaves
directions
- Place all in a vita mix or blender and blend on high to get it nice and airy and smooth.
- Garnish with slices of mango, peach and mint leaves.

I choose to drink this delicious concoction ! The flavors were even better the second day, when I enjoyed it for breakfast. The taste reminds me of a "peach" Julius (if there ever was such a thing). I'm thinking too that this would make a nice summer cocktail with a shot of rum added. Thanks for posting !
