- 3 large bananas
- 1⁄4 cup Splenda granular
- 1⁄4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄3 cup applesauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup diced strawberry
directions
- Mash bananas.
- Add Splenda and mix.
- Add the egg beaters and mix.
- In a separate bowl, mix baking soda, baking powder, flour, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and mix.
- Add applesauce and strawberries. Mix well.
- Bake 20-25 minutes at 350.
