ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 5 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
directions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Fold in egg whites then vanilla extract.
- Add blueberries careful to not over mix.
- Pour in to cupcake paper lined muffin tins.
- Bake at 375 until toothpick comes out clean.
