"I enjoyed this drink in my Favorite French Restaurant Sophie's in Somerset NJ. I wanted more so I recreated in here. It's a French version of the Cuban Mojito. • Ingredients: 8
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 2 ounces lillet blanc (well chilled)
• 4 ice cubes
• 3 -4 fresh mint leaves
• 2 lime wedges
• 1 thin slice fresh ginger (quarter size rough chopped)
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• tonic water or sparkling water

• Garnish

• mint leaf

directions

1. Muddle the mint, lime, ginger, and sugar in a shaker.
2. Add the Lillet and ice, give a very good shaker till your hands can`t hold the shakers from being so cold.
3. Pour into a ice filled glass and top up with club soda.
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
