ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup water, plus
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄3 cup cooked lentils
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1⁄3 cup unbleached flour
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
- 2 tablespoons whey powder (I don't use)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons active dry yeast
directions
- Put all ingredients in bread machine in the order directed by the manufacturer.
- Select Basic Wheat Cycle, Light Setting (or equivalent).
