- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1⁄2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen peas
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons mustard (Regular Yellow)
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions, rinse in a colander and let cool. Mix all ingredients together and let chill for a few hours.
