I had to rate this so I would be able to find it among the numerous other pot pie recipes here. I've made this twice and both times it has been outstanding. This is so easy to put together after work. The crust is easy, a real "old-time-can't fail". The filling is thick and creamy-just right. The only thing I did was add some poultry seasoning to the filling, and it would have been fine without it. Thanks for a great recipe that has been added to my winter recipe rotation.

I've been looking for an easy way to bake crust for pot pie and I've found it!!!! Came out PERFECTLY, thank you. I used my own recipe for the fillings, but that crust!!!! 100 x better than Bisquick and frozen dough ( no matter the name). My husband LOVES IT! I tell you truly, he's very picky ;) *FOLLOW DIRECTIONS PRECISELY*
