- 6 ounces lean ground turkey, 93% fat free
- 1 -2 tablespoon Italian spices
- salt and pepper, to taste
- fat-free parmesan cheese, to taste
- 2 tablespoons classico spicy red pepper spaghetti sauce
- 1⁄4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
directions
- Combine all ingredients and form into one big burger pattie.
- Grill until internal temp reads 160 degrees (I grill on my George Foreman).
