Italian Broccoli Salad

"This broccoli is a bit different in that the dressing is a combo of mayo and italian dressing ... it is very good."

• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 2 bunches broccoli, chopped
• 1 bunch green onion, chopped
• 1⁄2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

• dressing

• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup Italian dressing

directions

1. Place the broccoil, green onion and bacon in a bowl. Whisk together in a seperate bowl the mayo and dressing until throughly combined.
2. Pour over broccoli mix and let set at least 1/2 hour before serving.
3. The longer you let it set the better.
