Italian Baked Halibut

I love Italian and I love Halibut so decided to join the two in marriage. It turned out delicious, so decided to share it with you, my "zaar" friends. It's simple and delicious. I miss living in Seattle mostly for all the fresh fish and seafood, but don't miss the grey!!

I created this dish exactly as the recipe was written using Halibut just pulled from the sea in Alaska. I was serving a group of foodies and they raved about the fish! These women are expert cooks/chefs and they had nothing but compliments for the dish. so pleased
