  1. This was a wonderful side dish! I used 2 pounds of red potatoes and 4 tablespoons of butter. Very easy to put together and pop into the oven while you're preparing the rest of your dinner. Thanks so much for posting!

  2. These potatoes were so good! I used only half of the butter specified and it was still plenty enough for me. The water helped distribute the butter and garlic flavor throughout and the potatoes came out nice and moist. Easy to make too - thanks for posting this recipe! Made for Fall PAC 2008

  3. So easy and very tasty. I halved the recipe and it worked fine. I was worried about the amount of water, but the starch from the potatoes and the butter thickened it up for a nice sauce. I did cut the butter to about 1/3 cup for half the recipe, so 2/3 cup would most likely work for the whole recipe. I also used some fresh Italian parsley from my herb garden. Went great with a broiled steak. Made for Fall 2008 PAC.

  4. Great potatoes! I made maybe a pound and a half was all and only used 2 Tablespoons butter cut up over the top just as a personal choice. The addition of the water to these baked them up beautifully and we devoured them! Thanks for sharing your recipe! :) Made for PAC Fall 08
