  • Trim fat from beef. Cut beef into 6 serving size pieces.
  • Combine undrained tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, and carrots in 5-6 quart slow cooker.
  • Place beef on vegetables.
  • Stir together broth, soup, and seasoning mix; pour over beef.
  • Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 8-10 hours, or on high-heat setting for 4-5 hours.
  • Serve with cooked noodles.

    The meat ended up so tender and yummy. I added two rice mix packages to it, which amounted a lot of rice, and was a really savory side dish.

    This is a very tasty steak from the crock pot. I used fresh chopped carrot. I think I would not use a seasoning packet next time, but make it myself with dried seasonings. I also thickened the sauce, but with cornstarch. Very good! Made and Reviewed for Please Review My Recipe Tag - Thanks! :)

I have two wonderful kids,6 and 12, my youngest loves to help in the kitchen. His specialties are homemade noodles and macaroni salad. My daughter loves all things macaroni and cheese! <br> In the summers, we spend a lot of time at the lake and on our four-wheelers. The littlest has started T-ball this year, and we are getting a big kick out of watching those little guys play. DD is into basketball and is my biggest helper. <br>I am not a baker.
