ingredients
- 8 -10 potatoes, peeled,cubed and boiled
- 1⁄4 lb bacon, cooked small pieces
- 1⁄4 lb Velveeta cheese, small cubes
- 1⁄4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, minced
directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish.
- cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Uncover,stir, and bake for 10 minutes more or until the cheese gets brown on top.

I am a Pennsylvania native that has been transplanted from South Carolina to Virginia. I am happily married and have 2 boys. I am a stay at home mom for now but plan on returning part time to dental assisting when my youngest starts kindergarden.
I love to cook but hate to clean up my mess. haha! I love the old church cookbooks because they have the best tasting recipes! I know that they use crisco and butter in everything, but I love the good old tastes!
