"Delicious breakfast egg and flour bake. Great with syrup, Ice cream, or you can add omlet ingredients too! I grew up with this recipe as a favorite for special occassion breakfasts, but it's realy good for any meal."

  • 1 cup flour
  • 6 -8 eggs (6 is a good amount no less, 8 makes it more thick and eggy like)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup butter

directions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a 9x13 casserole dish, melt the butter in the oven while it is preheating.
  • While the butter is melting, combine all the other ingredients.
  • When it is mixed completely, make sure the butter is melted all the way, and pour the mixture over the butter in the pan.
  • Cook on 425 degrees for about 20 minutes. (Bubbles in the mixture while it cooks is normal and the best part.).
  • Cut into squares after it is cooked to a light crispy golden brown and serve with breakfast items, or for a fun treat, serve it with ice cream.
  • Makes my mouth water just thinking about it!
