Honey-Pecan Glaze

ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
directions
- In a small sauce pan combine all ingredients. Heat and stir until butter is melted. Then glaze away.

This glaze has a nice flavor, but hardened and became candy like as it cooled - it stuck to my molars and I was afraid of pulling out a filling. If you have good dental work give it a go :)<br/>Made for PAC 2013 Spring Safari
