Honey and Lemon Salad Dressing

- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 dash sherry wine
directions
- Combine lemon juice with olive oil in a small jar and shake well.
- Combine honey and vinegar in small bowl or cup and stir until honey is dissolved and then add to lemon juice/oil mixture in jar.
- Add remainder of ingredients (salt - sherry) and shake well (or whisk) to combine.
- Refrigerate.
- Shake well before using.

<p>I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes.
