1. This is a great standard Oil and Vinegar that can me mixed onto any salad and can be changed with great results. We used Apple Cider Vinegar one time and Balsamic the next.

 2. It was close to what I was looking for. A little oily, next time I will reduce the oil ratio. Thank you!

 3. This wasn't a great recipe but not too bad either. It was a bit too oily for my taste, but I was able to finish the salad. I will use the remaining dressing in a bread recipe I have, since I didn't care it over the salad.

 4. Delish, quick, and easy!! Love the flavor, will make again, thanks!!!

 5. Just a very simple and good salad dressing!! I just had to add some minced garlic to it though!!

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
