- 1 egg
- 2 small garlic cloves, mashed
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
directions
- Combine egg, garlic, and oil; beat with rotary beater until thick.
- Blend in cheese, salt, and cayenne.
- Add vinegar to taste; mix well.
- Serve with Romaine lettuce and croutons.
