  • Combine lemon juice with olive oil in a small jar and shake well.
  • Combine honey and vinegar in small bowl or cup and stir until honey is dissolved and then add to lemon juice/oil mixture in jar.
  • Add remainder of ingredients (salt - sherry) and shake well (or whisk) to combine.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Shake well before using.

  1. This is a nice dressing - not too sweet. I used white onions, minced & a splash of white wine, as that was what I had on hand. I also subbed a minced garlic clove for the powdered garlic. It made a nice dressing for a green salad with chicken, pears & dried cranberries & blueberries.

<p>I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes.
