Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

"Fastastic creation my fiance made - and it got better after a couple times and alterations. Way better than the little store bought ones in my opinion - and it's large enough for a family to serve for dinner!!! :) Great with stuffing too!!! I add an extra corn because I love corn and use garlic or whatever seasoning I feel like that night. :)"

I became a mommy September 26th, 2008 and have found that I enjoy cooking a lot more than I used to now. I enjoy finding new recipes to try and making sure I get the stamp of approval from the man of the house...:) I have four dogs that used to get left overs, but lately we have been the ones cleaning our plates! Sorry pups!
