    cups oven- roasted turkey

    cup celery, medium diced

    small Granny Smith apples, medium diced
  • 1
    cup almond accents honey roasted sliced almonds
  • 2
    tablespoons parsley, chopped

    cup dried cherries or 1/2 cup cranberries

    cups marie's ranch dressing
  • 8
    cups mixed salad greens or 8 cups Baby Spinach, etc
  • 12
    teaspoon salt
  • 12
    teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook turkey breast until cooked through and set aside to cool, then chop into medium pieces.
  • Combine celery and apples with Almonds Accents, dried fruit and parsley in a medium bowl.
  • Add chopped turkey, salt and pepper, and Marie's Ranch dressing and mix well.
  • Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
  • Toss with greens immediately before serving.
