- Cut cheese and meats into small cubes.
- Chop pepper, onion, tomato and add to meat mixture.
- Add enough oil to coat.
- Salt, pepper and season to taste.
- Add lettuce just prior to serving or serve separately on side.
- Serve with small dinner rolls, sliced italian bread or crackers.
