Hoagie Dip

"A friend of mine in Maine shared this with me and I was floored that it tasted just like the hoagies I used to enjoy when I lived in the Philadelphia area. This a great party or picnic food. Leftovers are good for sandwiches, bruscetta or on top of salad."

  • Cut cheese and meats into small cubes.
  • Chop pepper, onion, tomato and add to meat mixture.
  • Add enough oil to coat.
  • Salt, pepper and season to taste.
  • Add lettuce just prior to serving or serve separately on side.
  • Serve with small dinner rolls, sliced italian bread or crackers.
