  1. Delicious! My flounder was too thin, if that makes sense, want to try with a thicker cut. Great flavor. A “keeper” in my house.

  2. My family and I tried this recipe. The flavor was nice. However, the fish (we used flounder) had a mushy texture. We feel this was because we used frozen not fresh fish. Unfortunately our dinky town doesn't have a fish market. We will try this again with fresh fish. The vinaigrette was delicious over the mixed veggies we made to go with the fish.

  3. We liked this light, easy to make recipe. It came together quickly, using ingredients we typically have on hand. This is good for a weekday meal. Thanks.

  4. Quick and delicious! Using Tilapia, the broiling time was only 7-8 minutes. I decreased the amount of oil in the vinaigrette so it was really tart but tasted wonderful. I also used some to toss quick cooked green beans as a side. This is certainly a recipe I'll use often! Thanks for posting.

  5. This was excellent! Easy, healthy and flavorful. I used Tilapia and halved the recipe. The vinaigrette is very nice but the fish is also great on it's own. The only strange thing that happened was that the garlic turned blue under the lemons! Guess it was a chemical reaction? Thanks for the keeper recipe.
