Cook ground turkey and chop into crumbles. In a separate pot, fill with 2 ½ gallons of water. Add brown rice and boil on med-high for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and small dice the sweet potatoes and add to rice. Cook for additional 15 minutes and add quinoa, barley and oatmeal. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn off stove and add final ingredients (frozen spinach, flax seed, salt and cinnamon). Cover and let sit for 1 hour. Add turkey and stir. Add additional water if needed.
