  • Cream butter (or sub) with sugar until light and smooth.
  • Add egg (or sub) and vanilla; beat until smooth.
  • Sift flour and baking powder into mix and stir lightly.
  • Add in oats, macadamia nuts, almonds, cherries, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and raisins; mix until firm.
  • Roll tablespoon sized amounts into balls and place on baking tray (they do grow).
  • Flatten the balls with a fork (if fork sticks to cookies, dip fork in flour).
  • Bake cookies for 25 minutes.
