  1. 2 cups of vinegar it just too much. I made the recipe and we enjoyed the combination of vegetables, but after only adding 1 1/2 cups of vinegar I found the salad too acidic and had to add water to mellow the flavor. Perhaps there is an error in the ingredients list.
