ingredients
- 1 lb minced beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons applesauce
- seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 100 g salad leaves
- 3 crusty bread rolls
- 400 g sweetcorn
- 3 bell peppers
directions
- Throw all the ingredients into a bowl and mix up.
- Shape into little balls (Like a golf ball).
- Fry in a little butter until cooked.
- Serve with salad, bread, peppers and sweetcorn.
