Ham and Swiss Quesadilla

ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 1 8-inch flour tortillas
directions
- Place 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Place tortilla in to toast.
- Break up swiss cheese and layer over one half of the tortilla.
- Add ham over the cheese and fold tortilla in half.
- Cook to a desired crispiness on both sides.
- Cut into wedges to serve as an appetizer.

Lets see, I spend alot of my time watching the Food Network ;-), and I love to read fantasy novels. I've been heavily into Lord of the Rings since long before they had even thought of making a major movie trilogy of it, and I absolutely love Harry Potter and Star Wars.
