  • Crush garlics and onions.
  • In a frying pan,mix the red currants with garlic onion 3 table spoon oil,vinegar,,wine and salt.
  • cook nearly 5 - 6 minutes.
  • mix 3 table spoon oil and black pepper and add little salt.
  • spread this mixture every part of fishes with a brush and keep them 10 minutes by covering the dish.
  • cut the avocado and tomatoes in to small pieces.
  • cut the garlic chives into small pieces.
  • after 10 minutes, grill the fishes for 6 minutes.
  • add 1 table spoon red currabt sauce over every fish.
  • Then place avocado tomatos and garlic chive over.
