ingredients
- 4 ears corn, husked
- 2 limes, quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon amchoor powder
directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Roast corn over grill or open gas burner flame until kernels are lightly browned.
- Dip lime into spice mixture.
- Squeeze live juice onto corn and rub it on the the corn to carry the spices into the corn. Continue until the spices are used up.
