Granny's Zucchini Bread

"This is my grandma's recipe. It is so moist and delicious. My husband can't get enough come zucchini season."

• Yields: 2 loaves
• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1⁄2 cup oil
• 1⁄2 cup applesauce
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 cups flour
• 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups zucchini (grated)

directions

1. Beat eggs until foamy. Add oil, sugar and vanilla to eggs and mix. Mix in all dry ingredients. Then my band, mix in zucchini.
2. Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans for one hour.
