Granny's Hamburger Casserole

"This is a recipe from my husbands granny. I'm not sure where it originated, but I know it is one of our family favorites! I have substituted low fat cheddar cheese before, and my family never could tell the difference."

  1. I made this on Friday night - had some leeks in the fridge so used 1 leek and an onion. Thought it looked a bit dry so doubled the soup/water. Really tasty - will definitely do this again. Compliments from DH and I loved it. Thanks a lot for posting.

  2. I made this hotdish for our church supper and it was great. My husband does not like anything with cheese in....but he tried this and liked it.
