- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
directions
- Mix tomato sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Pour half of the sauce mixture into the crock pot.
- Layer pork chops in crock pot, and pour the rest of the sauce mixture on top. Make sure that the sauce is covering the pork chops.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 5 hours.

I have been making the same pork chop recipe for years and my family complains they are too dry. Well I tried this recipe about 1 week ago and boy did they go NUTS! This is THE best recipe for pork chops ever! This week I am going to try this recipe with a pork tenderloin instead - I will let you know how it turns out. Cross your fingers folks.
