ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 2 teaspoons water
• 1⁄8 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 3 cups powdered sugar

directions

1. Beat together the egg whites, water and cream of tartar until foamy.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar.
3. Beat until stiff.
4. Use at once.
